Meet Allison

Allison Russell is the founder of Resolve Safety Services and a Safety Consultant with more than a decade of experience in the safety management and consulting field. She holds a Master’s degree in education with a focus on Professional Development.

In her professional career she went on to earn the credentials to serve as an OSHA Outreach Trainer through the University of Washington. Allison has been employed in safety management positions in industries such as; trucking, construction, agriculture, manufacturing and institutional education.

Allison values education and views knowledge as power. She strives to impart an importance of self advocacy in the field of safety. She enjoys curriculum design and uses several mediums in her customized trainings to engage the learner.

Allison has traveled around the world learning Spanish and having unforgettable adventures before settling in her hometown of Moses Lake where she married her husband with whom she is raising her two young, very busy boys.
