    You hired a Safety Manager but don’t have the time or expert knowledge to train them to develop your safety culture, allow Resolve Safety Services to train and develop them to head up your safety department. Coaching can include but is not limited to developing safety trainings, developing a safety culture, developing relationships with employees and managers, conducting weekly and monthly safety meetings and continuing education in the field of safety management.

  • OSHA 10-30 Hour Training

    OSHA 10 is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program which provides participants with a basic overview of safety information in the construction and general industry. OSHA Outreach Training covers a multitude of safety topics in either a 10 or 30 hour course, depending on your level of need. The course will be offered using several mediums in an effort to engage the learner.

  • First Aid, CPR & AED

    The American Heart Association 3 to 4 hour course trains participants to give Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and provide basic first aid in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Hazwoper

    Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response is a set of guidelines produced and maintained by OSHA. OSHA’s HAZWOPER standard requires that workers be trained to perform their anticipated job duties without endangering themselves or others. 29 CFR 1910.120 WAC 296-843-100

  • Accident Prevention Program and Plans

    Every employer in Washington State is required to create an Accident Prevention Plan (APP) to address safety and health hazards found in their workplace. Resolve Safety Services will work with you to develop an APP customized to your industry specific needs. WAC 296-800-140

  • Temporary Worker Training

    When a worker’s tenure at a particular workplace is brief, several factors may increase their risk for injury: unfamiliarity with new work practices and surroundings; limited safety training; or an inability to recognize hazards and refuse hazardous work, or to demand appropriate protective equipment for fear of dismissal. The precariousness of temporary workers’ employment may also place them at greater risk for adverse physical and psychosocial hazards in their employment that lead to injury. - Lni.wa.gov
