OSHA 10-30 Hour Training
OSHA 10 is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program which provides participants with a basic overview of safety information in the construction and general industry. OSHA Outreach Training covers a multitude of safety topics in either a 10 or 30 hour course, depending on your level of need. The course will be offered using several mediums in an effort to engage the learner.

First Aid, CPR & AED
The American Heart Association 3 to 4 hour course trains participants to give Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and provide basic first aid in a timely and efficient manner.

Temporary Worker Training
When a worker’s tenure at a particular workplace is brief, several factors may increase their risk for injury: unfamiliarity with new work practices and surroundings; limited safety training; or an inability to recognize hazards and refuse hazardous work, or to demand appropriate protective equipment for fear of dismissal.
